Privacy policy

What happens with the data you enter in the “Send me the video” and “Free e-book” forms – on this website or in the form inside an ad on Facebook or Instagram.

Who processes your data

Stanislav Dolejší (Company ID / IČ: 00704211), Kolín, Czech Republic, independent DreamTrips member. Contact: sd@sdneon.eu.

What data and why

Your name, email and/or phone number and what you're interested in. I use them only to send you the video or the e-book and to get back to you with answers about the DreamTrips travel club.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing sd@sdneon.eu.

Who has access

• WEDOS Internet, a.s. (Czech Republic), which hosts the website,
• Google (Google Workspace), which provides my email,
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., if you fill in the form directly in an ad on Facebook or Instagram. Meta stores the form data and passes it on to me, also subject to its own privacy policy,
• the DreamBuilder app, where I keep contacts and from which I send the video link. Its operator may process data outside the EU.

I never sell your data or pass it on for third-party marketing.

How long

For as long as we're in touch, at most 2 years after our last contact, or until you withdraw consent. Then I delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Just write to sd@sdneon.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with the data protection authority in your country.
